Through our Aveda Education platform, we train aspiring nail artists — many of them first-generation earners — and connect them with professional opportunities across India. Through Xnail Bar and our partner salon network, we create dignified, well-paying careers in the beauty industry. Through Nails Emporium and Beauty Hearth, we provide professional-grade tools that help women build and scale their own businesses.
